What to wear for "coffee"?

Hello sorry if this isn't the place for this thread.

I had an interview and I've been invited back for a "coffee" with one of the panel.

I don't know what this is for, if it's a second interview etc? I also have no idea what to wear!

I think it might be an overkill to rock up in my interview suit again.

Any fashion advice?

I would personally wear the same thing I would wear to an interview, and you should treat it exactly the same way.

If you only have one interview outfit, what about just the trousers with a pretty blouse, or a smart round neck jumper? Or could you use the blazer with a dress or skirt?

Yes that second option sounds fine to me, as long as it's well tailored and well fitting. Avoid jersey or anything thats bobbled or a bit tatty looking. The most important thing is just to look polished and like you're taking it seriously.

It's only a positive, I had this a few times. It's a chance to pick up on a few extra questions and probably see what you are like on a more personable level in a casual setting, to see if you'd fit well into the team/culture. I'd prepare as much as you would prepare for an interview, but remember to be relaxed and to be yourself. Remember to smile!
