My friend does 10-2, fits great around children and getting housework/admin done. Issue is that her daily salary doesn't cover the childcare costs during the school holidays and so those weeks she's working at a loss.

I've got 1 child in high school who has to stay at home while I work.
Currently, I've got Monday and Friday off so She's not alone all week.
