NHS pay

I am currently band 4 NHS on £22,238 pa. I was just trying to work out what the 2019/20 rates of pay would mean for me? I've seen a few conflicting figures. Is anyone more clued up than me and can help? My incremental date is October. Thanks

Have you looked at the AfC payscale, they are online

Yes but on reading it mentions a lump sum payment? Not quite sure how it works.
