Hi,
I have three wonderful children, the oldest being 12 (nearly 13) and have spent the best part of those years as a SAHM. I did have a weekend job for two years but due to my husband working away a lot, it was something that I couldn’t carry on doing, as we have no local family to help with childcare. My youngest starts school in September and once she attends full-time, I am hoping to start part-time employment. I am really unsure about what I want to do in terms of work, my choices are limited as my husband isn’t guaranteed any of the school holidays off, so I would need to find a job that worked within the school hours and holidays. Has anyone been in this position and what employment/career did you take up? I was thinking of care work or early years but I just don’t really know what I want to do.
