Telephone interview please help!

It's for a customer service role in a large well known uk company. I really want the job so much it will be my first job from being a sahm for the best part of 10 years.
I had an initial call on Tuesday where they said I had passed to go for a more formal telephone interview which will be more based on my mannerism on the phone and I'm summising questions about the company too. After this interview it then goes on to a role play exercise at the actual workplace and then a face to face interview following that if you get that far.

Anyone have any advice for me to be the best I can be on the phone? I'm so nervous that i will screw up. Or say fuck. Etc

Mirror the language so you're using the same terminology.

Ahh...this was more for the role play so skip the thanks bit but the rest kinda stands!

Thankyou il try my best but I do usually phenomenally mess these things up but this is the first job I've applied for that I know I dont want to just be a stop gap job. I can see myself being there longterm and the distance, wage and work involved plus hours are just perfect.

I passed it! On to next stage now 😁
