Redundancy law - please help

Last year a couple of us went through the consultation process as they technically made our jobs redundant and we had to apply for two new jobs. No one left and we were reshuffle into new roles. This year there is a much larger redundancy process and luckily I'm not involved. I was wondering if this is because less then 6 months ago I already went through the process to keep my role?

Hi, they might be leaving you alone because they have already created two new jobs and not want to change them again so soon. I'm in my second restructure in 18 months. I did well out of the first but my job changed substantially, but not so well this time - same for a lot of staff.
