Alternative job for a midwife

As it says really. I've been working full time for the last 3 years and I have to say I really don't think this job is for me. I'm fed up of working on understaffed wards, feeling sick before every shift at the thought of the impossible workload. I'm on a weeks leave at the moment and last night was the first proper sleep I've had in months. My whole being is tired. For the sake of my sanity and family life I need to look for something else. Problem is, I'm so tired and anxious all the time I've lost all ability for rational thought!! Any advice would be greatly welcomed xxxx

Health visitor? They usually advertise the course for Sept start around now. Good luck with whatever you do!
