Tax allowance

Am I right in thinking that if you earn the following this year
£8000salary
£2000 dividend
£1000 rental income

You don’t pay any tax or ni?

Happy to pay tax but at present I think I’m paying as much as an employee without an employees benefits...

Assuming a personal allowance of 11850 then you shouldn’t be paying tax (unless there are benefits in kind you haven’t mentioned).
