I've not long come back after maternity leave. Whilst I was off, my role was filled as maternity cover. Then the role was renamed (to 'junior x') and the person doing the role is now permanent.
The work I am being given isn't what I was doing before. It's higher level and if I'm honest, I'm struggling a bit.
Should I be worried about my job? Have work acted illegally at all?
