I'm wondering if anyone can help with a query I have regarding going self employed whilst still employed else where and then going on maternity leave.
I've found out that you can be self-employed and still receive SMP from your employer but can you be self-employed and still receive Enhanced Maternity Pay from your employer or would I sacrifice that? Anyone any experience with this?
