I want to start a from home personalised portrait painting business. I was thinking about starting on Etsy but have no idea how to go about it. What licenses or insurances do I need??? A step by step would be good 😁

Hi,I have to be honest I have no idea,but it sounds like it could be the beginning of something great! I am in the same boat trying to start up my own business after working for other people and realising I was unhappy and could do it on my own more happily and better !
