Job interview in 1 hour. So nervous!

As the title says, I have an interview in 1 hour and I am so nervous!
I've been in my current job for over 2 years so its been a while since I had an interview. I'm only leaving as my hours have just been cut so for financial reasons I can't stay there.
The interview I'm going for it for a job in a nursery. I'm qualified but haven't worked on childcare for 5 years so need refreshing on the paperwork side of things.
It's a formal 2 hour interview with a stay and play afterwards.
Any words of advice?
I'm sure I'll be fine, it's just being nervous is a horrible feeling!!

Be yourself 😊 try not to overthink it, if you have done it before it should come back to you naturally when you are there

And good luck

I hate those pre interview nerves too. Lots of deep calming breathes.
Focus on something nice for after the interview even if just a fancy coffee.
You’ll be great!

Thank you!
Just sitting in the car now trying to calm my nerves.
It doesn't help that I'm naturally quiet and shy so meeting new people is always a bit nerve wracking for me.
Let alone new people who are going to be watching me interact with a bunch of new kids!
But like you've said, I've done it before so I know I can do it again. Smile

Thank you everyone. They offered me the job which is a perfect fit for me and my family. I'm excited to be getting back into my career.
I was fine once I got in there. It's just the initial waiting that gets me every time.
Thanks again!
