TUPE in education

Hi,

Does anyone have experience in TUPE in the education sector?
I have quite a senior position and it looks as if we might be taken over by an academy trust. I have only been there a short time and am wondering do they have to still give me a job in the academy trust? If so, does it have to be on the same salary? Do they have to consult me for a period of time?

Any help would be welcome! We are also looking to start a family so this is far from ideal.

all staff move across regardless of how long they have been there. Salary remains the same at the point of TUPE but they may restructure afterwards.

Unions are very involved- starting point is to contact them,

Consultation used to be 13 weeks but now seems to be less.
