on how to get back into a job!
I have worked as a software developer and became manager before going away on maternity leave 4 years ago..In the meantime, i did MBA as well as have 2 kids. Now, when I am looking to job back work, I am getting rejected for manager roles due to the career gap. I tried to join back as developer but that job has become too demanding with 2 kids and DH frequently travelling out of country.
I got prince2 certified but still everywhere I apply, they want recent finance/banking/retail/telecom experience! I feel rather stuck..
