Civil service application - completely stumped! No cv required! Help!

Hi

Is anyone able to give advice on what exactly a civil service application is looking for. There is no CV required to upload it seems. Only a short section saying "experience".

Very freaked out!

Civil Service very, very rarely use CVs for recruitment. CS recruitment is a very special beast with rules of its own.

What have they asked you to do? And can you check if it is using the competency framework or the success profiles framework?

What are the behaviours, competencies, skills they want?

If you can link to the job ad I’ll have a look and should be able to guide you as to what they want.

the main problem is that there is very little to do in the application itself. the only question is:

Do you have the skills and experience as outlined above?

the four behaviours are

Changing and improving
Working together
Managing a quality service
Leadership
