I work for BAE Systems and we are looking at starting a back to work programme. It will not just be for returning mums but it seems a good place to start.
I would be interested to find out what you have to consider when choosing to return back to work I am assuming (and please correct me if I am wrong) that a large part of your decision is based around having the flexibility to work around school and nursery pickups etc.
What else is important to you?
Childcare facilities/Childcare vouchers?
What fears do you have about going back to work? What would help to allay these?
Would a phased in return be helpful?
I am open to all advise I do nit have children myself so have not had to make these decisions.
