Part v Full Time for Mortgage

My LO is 10 months old and I've been offered a job, originally it was FT, which I said no I can only PT.
We need to get a mortgage, so therefore I thought for the sake of a year it may be that I go FT but I'm
Anxious and worried about coping .
I have family that can help with childcare , but unsure what to do for the best.

Any advice ?

Ft you'll be able to borrow more, pt less. Depends how much you need to borrow foe your mortgage.

Normally you can get 4.5 x your salary
