Hi i have an interview for a band 7 job. I had one 2 years ago and so i have an idea what kind of questions ill be asked...i think. Anyway over rhe last few years i have had some very complimentary emails about differnt things ive managed and dealt with and a letter from a relative which went to the Chief exec commending me and some colleagues on how we looked after his father. Im guessing i may be asked a question about managing of complex care and as the questions are often behavioural i may need to reference a case. So would it be naff or inadvisable to pass on these emails or letter in the interview if relevant to support my answer ?

Most likely irrelevant. They will rate you based on your response. You can of course refer to the letters and email to support your response and have it with you in case they ask if they could see it but I wouldn't offer on your own accord.
