I left retail 6 weeks ago after 13 years i only worked 16 hours a week and have no gone full time in a call centre. To be honest I am struggling a bit with full time but they don’t offer part time so was browsing total jobs and saw npower and a coffee pod thing which is inbound call centre working from home just wondered how it works
