Hi,
I've got an under five year old and so putting in a request to change my hours at work, at the same time I'm requesting term time working because do need 4 weeks off for childcare during the year.
However recently heard about 18 weeks parental leave that parents can take upto 4 weeks a year, so should I just use that instead and that way my annual leave is also not reduced? so instead of requesting term time working I just keep to a normal working pattern and when I need the leave I request the weeks off by giving 21 days notice?
