Returning after mat leave pregnant

Hi,

I work for a (very) large company and my maternity policy was based on 3 levels of benefit based on legnth of time with the company.

Eg - (leaving for mat leave having worked at company for 3 months would give you x amount of months fully paid, then an option for 6 months and an option for a full year.

However nowhere in the document does it state how long you have to work between pregnancies to qualify for more maternity leave.

Since I'm still an employee I don't understand if there's any legnth I have to work before another pregnancy?

Anyone seen similar?

Thanks

This should explain it.

Would you be able to talk to your HR department or do you not want to let them know yet?
