Hi can anyone tell me if I’m going into my 15th week (before due date) this 6th Dec is it too late to notify my employer of maternity leave?
I’m not sure if the 15th week itself is okay to do so. I’ve sent my documents away today first class post so fingers crossed, I think I have until the end of the 15th week which is the Friday 12th Dec. I work on a zero hours contract and only entitled to maternity allowance, but wanted to make sure I could return after maternity leave, hence the application.
