Event Marketing????

I have an interveiw tommorow as an event based customer service person thingy, with an event marketing company. Person I spoke to was going to e.mail me some info but she hasn't.

So whats it all about??? Haven't a clue about marketing nver mind event marketing.

Any info appreciated.

Seeing as no-one has answered here's what I know. Event marketing is to do with the organisation of events such as trade shows. From what I understand you get event organisers who make sure everything runs smoothly (booking location etc) and the marketing people who inform people in the tade, try to get them to hold a stand, advertise. They also inform the public to encourage them to visit.

Thanks I decided not to go for it, looked a bit sus and it was too far away really. I think it was morre to do with marketing other things at events than anything to do with the events themselves, so I think it was just sales really.
