So, dh have an idea! A great idea and we want all the profits to go to refugee children/children who have suffered trauma.

Does anyone know who do we speak to about which way to start our venture?

Many thanks?

Start a company and donate the profits to a charity?

Look at Power For Change website. Also Locality. Both have resources on company structures for not for profits and how they interact with the HMRC and Charity Commission. If you are selling goods to make a profit being a Charity can pose difficulties. Ultimately you should seek legal advice as mistakes can be expensive.
