First-time poster so apologies if my etiquette isn't up to scratch.
I'm looking to change career and had recently applied for an AO job with the Civil Service. I passed the initial VR test but application status changed to "unsuccessful" this afternoon.
Initial sift was on the "Making Effective Decisions" competency, which was marked as "moderate demonstration" and given a score of 3.
I appreciate this is an awful score and wondered if any MNers with experience in the civil service would mind taking a look at my answer and suggest some improvements, or even point me in the direction of someone who will?
