What type of training would you suggest for staff that has been bullied and bully boss?

Why spend your valuable efforts and presumably money being trained to have to deal with a bully?

You should be thinking about the root cause of the problem, the manager or colleague who can't treat staff respectfully, not trying to put a sticky plaster over the problem.

If you were thinking of asking for the training as part of an existing role, it would raise some eyebrows asking for this kind of training. Maybe you could do some assertiveness training, but you're thinking about this is a way that won't fix the problem longer term.
