Employment tribunal experience

Can anybody help me partner has employment tribunal due what can he expect multi million pound company top notch solicitors we have nothing can't go to much into it atm been accused of health and safety and bullying which he categorically denies diagnosed with cancer 3 yrs ago went off sick 3 major ops chemo then went back to work the accuser was constantly on phone saying that can't wait for him to be back crying to me how much she missed him goes back phased return first thing accuser says wants half workforce sacked ( partner was manager ) he trys to calm things down then 2mth later bang cancer returns needs another big op gets sent home even tho work was keeping his mind off things gets op 3mths recovery due to go back phones area manager was told need a little chat then that's when he finds out bout accusations suspended told be about 6 weeks then next day gets recorded delivery for disciplinary 4 day's later that's when he was sacked now waiting for tribunal date been hanging over us for a year now in the meantime had 2 more ops stress is killing him been told 5 day's hearing any advice on what to expect from this would be appreciated

Check house/ car insurance. If you have family legal protection, they will possibly pay for legal representation and advice.

It is very stressful BUT cancer is automatically a disability with legal status so you may have a case

Go to a newspaper and let it go viral, youlll likely get a settlement which will cover medical bills as long as he’s told you the full truth
