Extending the photography business

Hi there! I’m a professional photographer for 20 years, and it’s going very well. However, it seems I need to extend the business model since I have too many requests and the team is not big enough to deal with all the incoming requests.
I’m not a business manager; therefore, I would like to ask does anyone have any experience in doing this?
