Disciplinary meeting

My partner has been suspended following two allegations. He has recieved one of the allegation documents, however, he is due to have a disciplinary meeting on Monday and despite having asked for the document regarding the second allegation he has not received it. Would it be reasonable to request that the meeting is postponed until further information has been received?

Also one the document recieved it contains allegations concerning other members of staff, surely this goes against data protection?

Thank you very much for any advice given. This is causing a great deal of stress especially with Christmas only around the corner.

Yes he is entitled to receive details in writing in advance. If I were him, I would refuse to attend meeting on Monday.

Thank you for your advice. Is he entitled to receive a decision notice from his HR department?
