Job satisfaction

What is your personal definition of job satisfaction? Is it money? Is it doing a job you enjoy but don't get paid enough for?

when people say "well done" after I solve a problem. I am a praise junkie. fortunately I have a job where this happens all the time, so I have a high level of job satisfaction. I am also paid pretty well, I don't think being underpaid is intrinsic to job satisfaction.
