KIT days

Lala2989 · 27/11/2018 15:07

I'm supposed to be doing 2 KIT days a month until I return to work in April. I chose to do these on the understanding I'd get paid for them in the monthly pay pack I worked them, makes mat pay a little more bearable...

Employer has just text to say that decembers kit days will now be paid in January.

Great. So my pay pack just in time for xmas is now £250 shorter than I thought it was going to be.

Can they do this?

I'm also up for redundancy as the store I'm based in closes the month/two months prior to my return. Will my consultation be classed as a KIT day? Or will I be expected to travel in at my expense and give up my own time?
