Embarrassing nights out

I used to be a teacher and am now training for a new career. Quite s few years ago I went out with friends and we ended up mucking about on a pole and dance floor - nothing provocative, infact we weren't even dressed up! Just wondered if a potential employer (teaching and non teaching jobs) heard about this could I be sacked? Have any of you guys had embarrassing nights out (perhaps work dos?) and still kept your jobs? Thanks.

How would anyone find out about it? Everyone has done embarrassing things in their youth, surely. As long as it’s not illegal or immoral I don’t think it’s a problem.

Eh? How on earth could you be sacked. I truly do not understand this post. If it’s all over your Facebook account though i’d delete them - it won’t get you sacked but you may not get jobs if anyone looks.

Thanks, nothing on Facebook but someone made a comment years ago when they heard we went out dancing saying we (it was a teachers night out) shouldn't have done that as we work with children even though we did nothing wrong - just made me worry that others would think the same.
