bit of advice, my partner has been off sick with stress for several weeks, he has only ever received SSP as he hasn’t worked for the company for 6 months when he was signed off, now the six months has passed since he was “employed” with the company, does this revert to company sick pay or does the fact he’s been off for some time mean he won’t get paid it.
