So I had my fourth and last interview with the Managing director a couple of weeks ago. They’ve then asked me for my references last week and haven’t heard anything back yet. I’ve sent a gentle email yesterday to check everything was ok but no news. Is no news bad news? I though I was in pretty good position for a job offer since we’ve already started package and salary discussion but now my nerves are taking over the painful waiting. Thanks
