I've benefitted hugely from the support of this board over the years, as I'm sure many others have. One of the things that really helped me was getting some coaching, and I ended up taking a qualification in it myself.
Some of the newly trained coaches from my course have set up a group offering free coaching to sandwich generation women - mainly in Merseyside, but possibly a little further out through the magic of technology!!!
