I would love some feedback on a project that i'm working on.

I've worked in recruitment for a number of years and have seen the struggles that women have faced returning back to work and i'm keen to help others connect with employees and develop there skills.

I'm working on setting up a site that will offer:

  • Access to job opportunities from employers - that support diversity, gender pay gap, helping women return back to work etc
  • Online courses/ Training/ Helping with confidence
  • Events
  • Mentorship / connection to other-like minded women.

I'm keen to get some feedback from on:

  • What you would find useful on the site?.
  • What struggles you are currently facing in your career?.
  • Anything else that may be useful?.

Thank you in advance.

The Guilty Feminist has a podcast interviewing the Mayor of London who apparently set up a similar idea. That may give you some ideas

He also mentioned sponsorship as more proactive in developing talent than just mentoring. So consider that also
