Ive just been offered a job which was advertised with a pay scale of around £3k between lowest and highest
I’ve been offered £1k less that the top of the scale. I feel my skills warrant the top end salary but in the grand scheme of things it only £1k
Should I ask for more or just leave it and accept the offer happily?
