Im currently on maternity leave from work and i have decided i do not want to return to working full time and my employer does not offer part time work.
My maternity pay is smp. I had 90% for first 6 weeks and then standard smp. If i was to hand in my notice when i am due to return will i have to pay this back?? Im completely clueless about it all!
