I am working for am NHS Trust but have not received a contract 2 months after starting. I believe i am supposed to receive this as terns and conditions of my employment within 2 months.
I interviewed ages ago and was offered the job by NHS Trust A. But then the service went put to tender and by the time I started was under NHS Trust B. Existing staff TUPE across.
NHS Trust A did give me a contract which I signed. But NHS Trust B said I was not subject to TUPE and needed a new contract. They haven't given me one despite reminders.
What can I do?
