Civil service interview score

Hi
I applied and was interviewed for a DWP EO post. It seems to be taking forever, my interview was over 2 weeks ago. I keep checking the civil service jobs site and my status is still scheduled for first interview but I now see some scores have appeared in the feedback area 5,4,5,4 with some comments.
Does this mean I have passed, I understand that 4 is the minimum pass? I was told that everyone will go on the reserve list as there were 98 posts in 20 locations. Has anyone been in a similar position?

No but 5 is the max you can score for a question so unless they had specified that a particular question needed a 5 and that was one of the ones you got 4 for then you should be fine.

You could score up to 7 last time I interviewed, but that was very rare. I would imagine they are deciding how many people they want to keep on the department reserve list, so don't hold your breath.

Thanks for the responses I am learning that things are a bit different in the civil service and not to hold my breath but it’s hard not to keep checking!

7 is the highest score and not that unusual.

The cut off will depend on the scores of all candidates. The top x will be offered positions, the next y reserve list.

I was told that everyone who passes will go on the reserve list I guess because there are so many posts to fill
