Hello All,

I don’t know if it’s my hormones or I’m just being sensitive.

My work have always been very clickie and is a small business run by a Germany company. many family members work here and many people have been here for 7+ Years. myself and few others have been here for 1/2 two years.

Since I’ve announce my pregnancy, i’ve Nearly gone through a redundancy, been pulled into the office ( never before ) for minor things which hasnt affected my work or I’ve shown I wasn’t at fault. there was two things like adminstation error which I worked extra 3 hours to resolve and lateness due to sickness.

They haven’t done a health and safety report and I’ve booked by midwife and scans appointments as holiday, not knowing I don’t have too.
I asked for the matinary pay/leave as it isn’t in my contract and I was asked to get the employement book ( thick heavy ) book at 4 months pregnant from the top shelve in the HR cupboard. We don’t have a HR department.

I just had my meeting as I will be taking a year and I ask for a new chair as they have swapped it so many times my back is hurting and they said they don’t have anymore and I should buy an support for my back.

I’ve also heard about the office Christmas party and I’ve not been invited was last year and was the driver! no emails, nothing. Everyone is talking about it and said the email link looks great!

Well obviously it is your side of things, but on the face of it, no it sounds llike it keeps a horrible place to work. Do you need the job?

How long have you been employed? Keep records!! Ask for the Christmas do email as it was accidentally deleted. Keep it . Keep logs. You might not need to but you might want to just in case
