How much to charge for FB page

Just that really- wondering if anyone can give me ballpark figure they would charge for setting up and managing a Facebook page? Have done voluntarily for local school, but there is a possible paid opportunity elsewhere. Thank you!

Depends entirely on how much they want. Daily content, engagement, fb ads, maybe a group, answering message etc - how much of that do they want?

Thank you astounded - they are just saying they would expect couple of hours a week, don't think they know what they want! Was just hoping to feel around for what minimum and maximum would be before I get into any possible discussions- am Queen of the personal undersell!

Setting up a FB page is pretty easy, but if they want FB ads etc that's more specialised. Is it commercial, a business, a charity?

Do you already have an hourly rate? I'd figure out how long it will take you - which depends on how much content they will supply and how much you need to source yourself - and look to charge from £25 to £50 an hour depending on your level of expertise.

Thanks grumio - that's v helpful indeed.

I'd second that - if they're phrasing the request in terms of time spent, work out an hourly rate and charge that. Between £25 and £50 sounds reasonable, there's quite a bit of skill involved in doing this well.

Thank you Clavender!
