Hello, am interviewing today for a job I'd love.

A step up, challenging, good prospects... Am in a toxic place at the moment and have lost all faith and confidence in my abilities. Please can you pass on any tips for strong interview performance?

I echo above, pause and take your time. Don't be afraid to ask them to repeat the question (to clarify and to buy you more thinking time).

Think of a couple of good questions for the end:

How do you see the role evolving over the next 2 years?
What's a typical day in the office like?
What are your biggest challenges right now?
