I have applied for a job am really keen on but I see the recruitment is handled through an agency. The process seems quite long, long list, short list then a staff engagement exercise. Has anyone got experience of these, realise am jumping the gun as haven't heard back yet 
but am happily dreaming I guess! What would each stage entail? a standard interview for both long and short, or different at each stage? and what even is a staff engagement exercise?? Thanks for humouring me!
