Hi all,
I currently work at a preschool in an admin capacity, but very tentatively considering getting a childcare qualification to be a preschool assistant. Could I have some pros and cons please? Don't want to talk to colleagues about it until I'm more confident in wanting to train as its a big decision in terms of financial and time commitments.
