Looking for some advice. Im currently working 4 days i have 1 DC. Am pregnant with second baby currently and work have changed their maternity policy since the last time around. Previously i got 5 months 90% pay and was under no obligation to return to work. This time the policy has changed meaning i will need to return to work for 12 months or risk paying back the money paid to me for those 5 months. What are my options here? Can i choose not to take the additional pay until i decide if i wish to return or not? Child care costs for 2 mean its less likely ill want to return. Can they make me return if it means im financially at a loss?
