Hello, please can someone just clarify, I started a job in June 2017, fell pregnant in aug, left for maternity in the may, I was 1 month short of qualifing for maternity which is fair enough, however in the policy it states to qualify I needed to have worked 12 months in 24 ,
I'm taking a year off and going back in may .
what I want to know is when will I qualify for maternity if we chose to try for a another baby, will I need to complete a full year, or if I go back after 11 months , and work a month will that mean I could technically try again sooner?
I'm not planning anything not sure we even will, but as I'm mid 30's I would like to know, and I can't seem to work it out! Thanks for reading!
