I am hoping anyone has tips on how to get my business set up and established in some way. I have Etsy, facebook and instagram.. is there anything else that would be helpful?

What's your business ? What are you selling ?

Define clearly what you are selling, who your target customers are and how you are going to reach out to them.
How will you promote yourself?
How much do you have to spend on setting up?
How long will you give the business to make a profit - or are you working elsewhere at the same time to keep yourself?

It is crocheted and knitted gifts.
I do also work in retail, but it's something I want to get put some more time and effort into and I am not sure how to go about it now..
