Hey all,
I am returning to work after having my first child and very nervous. It'll be the first time both me and my baby have been separated in 2 and a half years.
I feel like I would like to go back and find myself again, but I am not sure where to start, if I want to return back to my current workplace or not and what jobs I should be looking at if I don't.
A good friend of mine recommend contacting my local Randstad office who could help advice me. They also sent this link to a article/podcast around going back to work which is good information. One bit I liked was that it was normal to feel pushed out of work, almost like I didn't need to be included before I left for MAT leave. Did anyone else feel this?
Thought it was worth sharing with anyone in the same situation.

Does anyone have any hints or tips which they could pass on?
Whether it is around preparation, childcare, what to expect.
