Ex-employer not giving final wage and owes me as well

I worked 18 hrs MIn wage the last month but only got £63 paid into my account. I have phoned and written to them but no reply. I did get a p45 but no wage slip. I will have to do a tax return so I need the wage slip do I not?

You are legally entitled to a wage slip. Acas may be able to advise you

You should get a p60 for 2018-19 next year. You should have had one for 2017-18 already. Were you owed any leave or do you get paid part in advance (so the balance was already paid last month)?

I have been in touch with ACas and have a form to fill in. I am going to write to employer with a grievance (as no reply to my first letter and if does not work then the form will be submitted to Acas I have till 1st November 2018. Fed up with these people Glad I got another job
